AJ Lewis
AJ began his career as a lead singer in a soul band and performed with the pop choir En-Masse as one of their lead vocalists. He is featured on the Club Susu-Get Lifted Compilation Album and has recorded for various producers and released dance hits on independant labels. He has starred in many shows incuding The Real Monty Comes Again, Aladdin, Soul Train, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Wonder of Stevie, The official tribute to the Blues Brothers, Show Boat(Royal Albert Hall) and Mass Carib(Trafalgar Square). AJ was recently in the new musical version of Porgy and Bess(Savoy Theatre, London) directed by trevor Nunn and also appeared singing in an ident for Soapstar/Superstar,ITV1. He played Lionel Richie and then Smokey Robinson in the Hit West end show 'Dancing in the streets' (Playhouse Theatre, London). Recent credits include Courtney in 'Up against the wall' (Octagon, Bolton) and Lead in 'Thriller Live' (Lyric Theatre, London).
